The Seahawks took down the Los Angeles Rams last week. Seattle finished with 429 total yards and averaged 6.4 yards per play, and yielded 446 total yards to the Rams. Russell Wilson went 17-for-23 for 268 yards and four touchdowns for Seattle. Chris Carson paced the Seahawks’ ground game with 118 yards on 27 carries.
