The Seahawks beat the San Francisco 49ers last week. Seattle finished with 336 total yards and averaged 4.6 yards per play, and yielded 164 total yards to the 49ers. Russell Wilson went 24-for-34 for 232 yards and a touchdown for Seattle. Chris Carson led the Seahawks’ ground game with 89 yards on 25 carries.
