All venues are responsible for managing their ADA-accessible seating inventory. ADA tickets are typically first released through the venue’s or team’s official ticketing website. Customers seeking accessible seating are strongly encouraged to contact the venue directly before purchasing tickets through Epic Seats.

5. Shipping Limitations

Orders will be shipped to the designated email or physical address in compliance with shipping restrictions. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments. Correct shipping selection is your responsibility to ensure timely delivery. FedEx deadlines are 4:00 PM PST M–F; only business days count unless Saturday delivery is purchased.

6. Account Registration and Security
